This app allows its users to order food, perform tasks related to home maintenance as well as offers various other professional services as well.
This app is currently live in selective cities like Bangalore and Mumbai and has collaborated with home services provider UrbanClap along with food service providers Freshmenu, Faasos, and Box8. The app can be downloaded from the Google play and users can enjoy its features of Food delivery, beauty, carpentry, electrical, fitness, and plumbing. Furthermore, it is working towards offering its users with extended services such as accounting, appliance repair, laundry, house cleaning, house painting etc. The services of its app can be availed through prepaid payments through options like credit card, debit card, or net banking. In addition, it offers its services for card or cash on delivery too.
Areo also comes with a in built system of filters which allows its users to search for food by vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. It also comes with the option of searching dish or restaurant and order food according to one’s tastes and preferences. The timing for delivery can also be scheduled according to the user’s convenience.
The fresh launch of Areo by Google has about 100 users who have downloaded the app according to playstore and is surely going to affect the startups in the hyperlocal food and home services.
