Techmaghi, a budding player in the educational technology landscape, has successfully bagged an Seed Funding investment of Rs 20 lakh from the esteemed LJ Knowledge Foundation, known for its commitment to nurturing promising startups.
Founded in 2021 with a clear vision to bridge the gap between academia and the corporate sector, Techmaghi has been at the forefront of delivering up-skilling courses tailored to the evolving demands of today’s workforce. This fresh influx of capital, announced on Saturday, will bolster the company’s mission and pave the way for greater outreach.
The collaboration with Ahmedabad’s LJ Knowledge Foundation is anticipated to propel Techmaghi’s ambitions, enabling the firm to touch the lives of a larger student and professional community.
Deepak Rajan, the dynamic CEO behind Techmaghi, opined on the recent development: “This funding isn’t just about numbers. It’s about elevating the educational experience and amplifying skill development for a brighter tomorrow.”
It’s worth noting that the financial backing from the Gujarat NGO comes in the form of a CCD (compulsorily convertible debenture). Techmaghi has its operations rooted at the renowned Maker Village in Kalamassery’s KINFRA Hightech Park.
What began as a modest venture in 2021 with a dedicated team of 30 has now transformed into a leading educational entity. Having trained over 75,000 individuals, Techmaghi has amassed a revenue that surpasses the Rs 2 crore mark.
While their primary focus remains on core engineering subjects, Techmaghi’s courses are meticulously designed to equip learners with the skills vital for success in today’s competitive job market.
In his statement, Rajan also took a moment to acknowledge the unwavering support of KSUM (Kerala Startup Mission), a government-backed agency from 2006, devoted to fostering entrepreneurial growth in the state.
