Delhi: PhysicsWallah (PW), an education company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today with the Government of NCT Delhi, to provide free online classes for NEET 2025 and CUET (UG) 2025 aspirants from Delhi government schools. This initiative will be driven through BIG – a joint initiative of NSDC International (National Skills and Development Corporation International), Ministry of Skills, Government of India, and PhysicsWallah (PW). This aims to benefit over 1 lakh students with a plan to offer free 30-day crash course and also plans to offer benefits to 12th-class students across Delhi’s Government Schools , with an attempt to provide equal access to exam preparation and helping them to get an opportunity and secure admissions in medical colleges and central universities. It is aimed at helping the students, especially from marginalised communities, prepare for competitive entrance exams.
The 30-day crash course aims to comprehensively cover the syllabus for NEET and CUET. The online training will be conducted by PhysicsWallah(PW). The program, scheduled from April 2 to May 2, 2025, is expected to include six hours of daily live online classes and structured preparation beyond regular school curriculum. In addition, students are also expected to be provided with PDF study materials, for revision resources to help in enhancing their learning experience.
Rekha Gupta, Chief Minister, Delhi, said “Under this initiative, 1,63,000 students studying in Delhi government schools will receive one month of specialised online coaching aimed at helping them secure admission to medical colleges and central universities. This collaboration with BIG and PhysicsWallah is an initiative to provide education and a better future for these students. The MoU was officially signed today, marking a significant step in the Delhi Government’s commitment to education”
Speaking about this initiative Prateek Maheshwari, Co-Founder, PhysicsWallah(PW) said “Despite being talented, several students don’t get access to coaching for competitive exams and lose out on opportunities. We are honored to collaborate with the Government of NCT Delhi to provide classes for NEET and CUET aspirants. Through regular assessments, scheduled tests, and a doubt-resolution system, the program aims to provide academic support and help students track their progress. Covering core subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, General Aptitude, and English, the course is structured to give students a foundation for preparation of their entrance exams.
This initiative is a shared commitment by the Government of NCT Delhi with BIG and PhysicsWallah to bridge educational gaps and help students with meaningful opportunities. By trying to provide learning resources to all students , regardless of a student’s background—this partnership hopes to assist Delhi’s youth to work towards their aspirations with confidence.
