AuditCue, a pioneering SaaS startup specializing in audit and risk management, has successfully raised $1.5 million in a seed funding round. Kalaari Capital led the investment, with participation from Java Capital and a group of angel investors from San Francisco. This significant capital infusion is set to fuel the development of AuditCue’s groundbreaking platform, accelerate its go-to-market strategy, and expand its engineering team. The company’s ambitious plans include geographical expansion, with a primary focus on North America, India, and the European Union.
Founded in 2022 by visionaries Gaurav Kulkarni and Naren Janakiraman, AuditCue’s innovative SaaS product is poised to revolutionize the way organizations approach risk assessments, control mechanisms, and audit processes. By eliminating friction from audits, AuditCue empowers auditors and auditees throughout the entire lifecycle of risk and audit programs.
Prior to this funding round, AuditCue had been operating in stealth mode, collaborating closely with industry experts and advisors to refine their groundbreaking solution. Kalaari Capital, a prominent early-stage venture capital firm, continues to play a pivotal role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the technology sector. In addition to its investment in AuditCue, Kalaari recently launched the Kalaari Fellowship, a program dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in the venture capital and entrepreneurial ecosystem. This investment underscores Kalaari Capital’s commitment to driving innovation and growth in the startup landscape.
