This substantial investment by Peak XV Partners translates to a remarkable 21.55% stake in Grapevine. Meanwhile, Grapevine’s co-founders, Saumil Tripathi, Jainam Talsania, and Shreeyash Dharmadhikari, collectively maintain 65.17% ownership, inclusive of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs).
