The soil in urban are either not present due to concrete structures or is polluted and not applicable for gardening.
Ugaoo.com portal address all the needs of agriculturists, gardeners, landscape artists, hobby gardeners, interior decorators etc. It offers everything regarding agriculture and gardening like seeds for garden, tools o agriculture, mowers, potting mixture, organic fertilizers, pesticides etc. Sidhant leveraged his family business to source quality agricultural and gardening supplies. He caters the orders of his customers through Flipkart, Shopclues and Amazon. Ugaoo also participates exhibitions. Sidhant says that a majority of the business is from Metros and cities like Surat, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Pune, Hyderabad etc. The Ugaoo.com has warehouses in Pune and Mumbai from where it dispatches productsto all over India . Sidhant planned to have 10 experts on gardening and agriculture to assist and provide consultancy on best practices. Ugaoo.com aims to take investors on board and generate Rs10 Crs.
