T-Hub, Telangana’s government-led startup incubator, celebrated its eighth foundation day by unveiling two groundbreaking initiatives set to redefine the startup landscape in India. With the introduction of T-Bridge and T-Scale, T-Hub aims to empower Indian startups with global market access and the skills necessary for successful Series-A funding rounds.
T-Bridge: Opening Doors to Global Markets
T-Bridge, one of the flagship initiatives launched by T-Hub, is poised to revolutionize how Indian startups engage with international markets. By fostering connections, partnerships, and collaborations on a global scale, T-Bridge will provide Indian startups with the tools they need to expand their reach and unlock new opportunities in foreign markets. This initiative aligns perfectly with India’s ambition to become a global innovation and startup hub.
T-Scale: Nurturing Series-A Readiness
In partnership with Factoryal, T-Hub introduced T-Scale, a program designed to prepare startups for Series-A funding rounds. At its core is a pioneering growth maturity model that will guide a carefully selected cohort of 25 startups through a transformative 12-month journey. During this period, these startups will receive invaluable mentorship, resources, and support, equipping them with the readiness required to secure Series-A investments.
Innovative Partnerships to Propel Startups
T-Hub’s commitment to the growth of startups extends beyond these two initiatives. The incubator has forged strategic partnerships with leading organizations such as CARE, Carrier Global, SIDBI, FalconX, KPMG, and the Association of Geospatial Industries (AGI). These collaborations will span various domains, including social business acceleration, infusion of design thinking, cross-border startup support, investment ecosystem enrichment, and fostering innovation within the geospatial and space-tech sectors.
A Remarkable Journey of Impact
Over the course of its eight-year journey, T-Hub has played a central role in nurturing and catalyzing the growth of startups. The incubator’s efforts have resulted in startups securing an impressive total of $3.5 billion in investments. T-Hub has also facilitated innovation through more than 600 corporate partnerships and connected startups with 500 experienced mentors. With engagements involving over 3000 startups, T-Hub’s influence on the startup ecosystem has been nothing short of transformative.
Telangana’s Startup Ecosystem Thrives
Speaking on the occasion, Jayesh Ranjan, the Principal Secretary of Telangana’s IT & Industries department, emphasized the continued evolution of Telangana’s startup ecosystem. He lauded T-Hub’s role as a driving force, contributing significantly to the narrative of innovation and growth. T-Hub’s impact extends not only within Telangana but across the entire nation, where it has been instrumental in shaping a robust and globally competitive startup ecosystem.
As T-Hub enters its ninth year of operation, its commitment to nurturing and propelling startups to new heights remains unwavering. With T-Bridge and T-Scale, the incubator is set to empower a new generation of Indian startups, propelling them onto the global stage and preparing them for Series-A success.
